Return Window
You may return most unused VXPROZ products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included.
How to Start a Return
- Email contact@vxproz.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- Our team will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided.
Return Shipping Costs
- ✓ Free returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on items returned for reasons other than defect (e.g., change of mind), unless otherwise stated
Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or model? Let us know in your return request and we'll arrange an exchange as soon as your return is received and inspected, subject to availability.
Hygiene & Safety Note
For health and safety reasons, grooming and personal care items that have been used cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
