We want you to love your VXPROZ products. If something isn't right, here's how our refund process works.
Refund Eligibility
- ✓ Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
- ✓ Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included for a full refund
- ✓ Defective or damaged items are eligible for a full refund or replacement regardless of use, when reported within 30 days of delivery
How to Request a Refund
Email contact@vxproz.com with your order number and reason for the request. Our team will respond with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Products marked as final sale
- Used hygiene/grooming products that show signs of use beyond initial testing (for health and safety reasons)
- Gift cards
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund after the processing window, please check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us at contact@vxproz.com.
Wholesale & Bulk Orders
Refunds for wholesale and bulk orders are governed by the terms of the applicable purchase agreement.
